Resizing and moving Text Captions

In Captivate, resizing and moving an object is very easy and can be done in two different ways: using the white handles, or using the Options tab of the Properties inspector:

  1. While still on the second slide of your project, use the resize handles to resize the Text Caption so that the text you just typed fits into a single line.
  2. Open the Options tab of the Properties inspector.

The Options tab contains the properties that control the size and position of the selected object. W indicates the Width of the object, while H stands for the Height. Both dimensions are expressed in pixels:

  1. On the stage, use the white handles to make the Text Caption a bit bigger.
