Marking Fluid Boxes/objects as optional

In eLearning courses, some of the objects are critical for learning, while others are less important, and sometimes only decorative. These less important objects can take up a lot of space on smaller devices and may take away student's attention from the critical objects. In addition, these objects may simply contribute less to learning as the object gets smaller. For example, a map of a company property is helpful when it's large, but it's unreadable when viewed on smaller devices.
