There are drivers available for many languages to work with Cassandra. Your best chance for success is in using the open source (non-enterprise) drivers written by DataStax. Avoid using framework drivers, such as Spring Data, Hibernate, JDBC, ODBC, and others. These typically take longer to implement new features and bug fixes.
This happens because these types of drivers are usually dependent on a specific version of the DataStax drivers themselves, and have to issue a new release to keep up with the features and fixes offered in the base driver. The best option here is to cut out the middleman, and use the recommended DataStax driver for your language.
