Making Aperture's library work for you

As your Aperture library grows, keeping it organized as you go is the best way to stop it spiraling into chaos. If you're not careful you'll end up with a plethora of unconnected projects and albums and you'll have difficulty finding anything. I know this because I let it happen myself on more than one occasion.
