Creating Work Features
A work feature is construction geometry used when part geometry is not present to create new features. There are three types of work features: work planes, work axes, and work points. In addition to work features that you might create, each part contains origin planes, axes, and an origin point. You can view these by expanding the Origin folder in the Model browser as shown in Figure 4.43, right-clicking each feature, and selecting Visibility.
