Starting Clash Detection

Clash Detective, which was originally an add-on module in the JetStream days (back before the Autodesk acquisition), is now part of Navisworks Manage (Clash Detective is the one module not available in Navisworks Simulate).

The Test panel (Figure 8.1) is essentially the starting point for clash detection. It gives you a place to keep track of your saved clashes, or tests. From the Test panel, you are able to see your project's clashes and learn when items have been updated and how many active items remain.
