Penetration testers can utilize the features provided by Google to enable Chrome Remote Desktop and maintain persistent access to the system at any time. Remote desktop into the target machine, visit the Chrome Web Store (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions), and search for Chrome Remote Desktop and add the extension. You can verify it by typing chrome:\\apps, as shown in the following screenshot:
