As I read the final manuscript of this book, I breathed a sigh of deep satisfaction. Satisfaction comes from the good fortune to have met Jahn Ballard, who has worked for so many years to fill the void of my dismay about the Missing Methodology as described in the Preface. Satisfaction brings appreciation too. I express considerable gratitude to Jahn who has become a good friend and collaborator on our path together.
