If you have been reading this book from the start, you have seen the capabilities available to you using Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Likely, you now know nearly any workload you could run in Azure, but think back to Chapter 1, “The Cloud and Microsoft Azure 101.” Where possible, you don’t want to use IaaS. IaaS requires the most work in terms of maintaining the OS in the VM, maintaining applications in the VM, backing up the VM, and so on.
