Adding navigation

At the end of the last chapter, we had the task of creating the user interface for the service records. We now need to add functionality so that we can create a service record from a vehicle and navigate to the service records from the vehicle list page or details.

The UI convention is that the details and list page should have the same action pane layout, with the only exception being that we don't need buttons to view or edit service records in the details form. This does present us with a level of duplication, but it is manageable.
