12.2. Deploying a Server-Based Desktop
Two options are available for deploying application resources in an RDS environment. One is on a per-application basis called RemoteApp, and the other is to deploy a full desktop to the user that contains and provides all of the applications the user requires. We will first discuss the deployment of a full server-based desktop to the users, and then later in this chapter we'll discuss deploying single applications via RemoteApp.
