You need to be able to manage your virtual environment, just like you need to manage your physical environment. The beauty of working in the Hyper-V environment is that many of the same management tools you use for the physical environment work in the virtual environment. In other words, you do not need to purchase and learn a whole new set of tools just to manage your virtual environment. Though there are a few new tools available specifically for managing the virtual configuration, much of the training and education you have had in the physical Windows environment will carry over to the Hyper-V virtual environment.
