15.8. Testing the Microsoft VDI Solution
After you have installed and configured the required Microsoft VDI solution server and client components, it is time to test the end-to-end solution to make sure it is working properly. The initial testing process of the VDI solution focuses on successful user access to the server-hosted VMs via the RemoteApp and Desktop Connection web page and web feeds. The testing process is shown below. If you run into errors during testing, please review the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 event logs, carefully review the installation instructions to verify that all necessary steps were completed, and refer to the TechNet website to research these issues at http://technet.microsoft.com.
