Adopting a Culture of Change

A culture of change is not the same thing as constant, unpredictable, and unmanaged change. A culture of change is where people readily accept change as a part of the routine. They predict it and expect it. They accept it because change is well managed and they can trust the organization and its leadership.

Remember that culture is effectively the way of life for the people who work within the organization in that it is the shared beliefs, practices, and behaviors that are the social norm. A culture of change, on the other hand, is the overall way in which people accept and adapt to change on a daily basis.
