Installing Gulp is easy, but is actually a two-step process. The first step is to install Gulp globally. This installs the command-line utility; but Gulp won't work without also being installed locally within our project. If you aren't familiar with Node.js, the packages can be installed locally and/or globally. A locally installed package is local to the project's root directory, while a globally installed package is specific to the developer's machine. Project dependencies are tracked in
