There are lots of different fields provided by the ServiceNow platform. We will explore some of the simpler ones first, before moving on to the fundamental backbone of the data structure with reference fields:
- Journal input: These fields provide an always-empty textbox designed to store notes, but does not store the information in the field on which it's created. Instead, when you enter text into a journal input field, it's saved in the Journal Entries [
