- PCF Dev: This instance of the Pivotal platform can be run locally on a single virtual machine. It is designed for experimental and developmental needs. It does not offer all possible features and services. For example, there are only some built-in services, such as Redis, MySQL, and RabbitMQ. However, PCF Dev also supports Spring Cloud Services (SCS), as well as all the languages supported in the full version of PCF.
