The Strategy Statement

In the olden days, the term strategy was chiefly used in the context of military and warfare. It was a plan of execution centered around one goal: To defeat the enemy. At the time, strategy was broadly a two-step process: first, an assessment of the relative strengths and vulnerabilities, and second, a plan to exploit them to vanquish the enemy. The battle maneuvers and tactics stemmed from the strategy.
