Once all of the initial design, planning, pilot testing, adjustments, and other preparations have been made, the intervention is ready to be implemented and disseminated to the organization and intended audience. Once a vision of change that aligns learning and performance goals with organizational goals is established, plans for deploying the intervention are created. From here, it is launch time and the implementation plans are executed and the intervention is disseminated.
