Chapter 31. Programming the Office 2010 Ribbon
In Office 2007, the Ribbon could not be customized by the user via the Office 2007 user interface. This capability has been added to Office 2010. The user can now click the File tab on the Ribbon, choose Options, then click Customize Ribbon.
VBA programmers, however, may want to customize the Ribbon programmatically (by running code rather than working directly with the Options dialog box).
