Creating a clone Blueprint

The process of creating a clone Blueprint is very similar to building a linked clone Blueprint. In fact, to create the next Blueprint, we will leverage an improvement introduced in the 6.0 series of vCloud Automation Center. It's called Copy from Existing Blueprint. We mentioned the Master option earlier in this chapter when we created the linked clone Blueprint. You need to have this enabled to use the feature. Make sure you have this option selected on the pervious Blueprint before continuing.

Click on the Infrastructure tab, then on Blueprints. Click on Blueprints once more on the left-hand side.

Hover your mouse over the New Blueprint button, then select Virtual and vSphere (vCenter).
