When users get new systems, they want to have as much of their existing data and settings as possible restored on the new system. And if you can't do that, instead of being happy about the shiny new toys, they may get a little unpleasant. Thankfully, Microsoft includes some good tools you can use to restore your users' data. The Windows Easy Transfer tool can be used to transfer user state data on a system-by-system basis.
