Chapter 11. Multiple Regression

Chapter 10 discussed the simple linear regression model that uses one numerical independent variable X to predict the value of a numerical dependent variable Y. Often you can make better predictions if you use more than one independent variable. This chapter introduces you to multiple regression models that use two or more independent variables (Xs) to predict the value of a dependent variable (Y).
