Information Assets Survey Results

Starting in the spring of 2002, we conducted an informal survey of business people to collect data reflecting their attitude toward information and knowledge assets management. The results indicate a willingness (indeed, a desire) on the part of respondents to participate in their organizations’ efforts to enhance information value. The results indicate a high level of frustration and pessimism that their organizations were capable of realizing their potential.
