Motion Capture

Motion capture can be an expensive endeavor. Typical setups are done inside large sound stages, giving actors freedom of movement. Ten to 15 specialized cameras are set up around the room to capture the action from every angle. Special software is employed that can capture marker motion and immediately place it on a skeleton. This type of setup allows immediate feedback, giving you the ability to judge the performance and, in some systems, see the motion on your character.
