Changing the max server memory (MB) configuration option to 0 will enable the SQL Server 2005 instance to utilize as much memory as it requires. You don't need to configure the awe enabled configuration option on a 64-bit server. Changing the affinity I/O mask, max degree of parallelism, or priority boost configuration option should have a minimal effect on SQL Server 2005's performance.
