1. A. Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation is capable of supporting up to 15 computers and is entirely suitable for this type of installation. The other versions of Windows Server 2012 R2 are designed for more client computers and are more expensive and not needed here.

2. D. The complete Windows 8.1 shell with access to the Windows Store requires the Desktop Experience installation option in Windows Server 2012 R2. None of the other installation options provide this facility.

3. C, D. The charms are available in either the Server with a GUI or the Desktop Experience installation option in Windows Server 2012 R2. The other options do not provide the charms.
