The analysis of the customers is very important tool. Every company takes care of its customers, or at least it should, because it is relatively easy to lose one while it's much harder to acquire a new one.
In this recipe, we're going to see how to perform the analysis of customers, to get indicators of our success with the customers. Indicators such as the number of loyal customers, the number of new customers, and the number of lost customers.
