Abstract

The student voice has recently gained significant prominence as a measure of the quality of learning and teaching. Various evaluation tools are now used in many countries to evaluate the student experience, such as questionnaires introduced by the governments in the United Kingdom, Sweden and Australia. The Higher Education Funding Council of England in the United Kingdom uses the results of the National Student Survey to publish institutional performance data for public access.
