Modifying Colors, Materials, and Surfaces

You can select the color for text, shadows, and other objects. You can select a color from a Color menu, use an eyedropper to select a color from any open application on your computer, or use the Marquee Color Picker.

To add gradient color blends, drop shadows, and edges to text:

1. Objects in Marquee can have several surfaces, which can all have different colors. The main surface covers the whole object, making it easy to create simple, single-colored text or shapes. To apply a single color to the AGENT text, select it with the Edit tool and then make sure that ENABLE MAIN SURFACE is selected in the MAIN SURFACE area of the Quick Titles Properties window.
