WILLI MUNZENBERG WAS arguably the greatest propagandist of the twentieth century. Having been a close friend of Lenin’s during his pre-1917 exile, Munzenberg became one of the Bolsheviks’ greatest assets in Europe in the 1920s and 1930s.
