This chapter provides the methodology used for the Crump/Freund study and survey tool in detail and analyzes the data results. Each of the five partner libraries participating in this unique study is profiled, including general demographic information for the parent academic institution. The authors then provide a summary of the results of the library user and library staff surveys, respectively.
