A Tour of Reports

You can explore reports in Microsoft Access 2010 by examining the features of the sample reports in the ContactsDataCopy.accdb sample database. A good place to start is the rptContactProducts report. Open the database, and go to the Navigation pane. Click the Navigation Pane menu, click Object Type under Navigate To Category, and then click Reports under Filter By Group to display a list of reports available in the database. Scroll down the list of reports in the Navigation pane until you see the rptContactProducts report, as shown in Figure 16-1.
