Developing Solutions That Use Cosmos DB Storage

In the previous chapter, we covered the last part of the Implementing Authentication and Secure data objective by covering how to implement secure data solutions. We've covered how to encrypt and decrypt data at rest and in transit, Azure Confidential Compute, and more. 

In this chapter, we are introducing the final objective: Developing for the Cloud and for Azure Storage. We are going to cover how to develop solutions that use Cosmos DB storage. We are going to cover how to create, read, update, and delete data by using appropriate APIs, how to set the appropriate consistency level for operations, and we will cover the different partition schemes.
