Transferring an XPO

As discussed previously, the transfer of an XPO will be done by the same party that authored the code, as it will exist in their layer.

This is important as it ensures that each party is responsible for their own layer.

In this scenario, we are in the process of building a system that consists of many developments. During the testing of the build, we spot a bug that is preventing the testing from progressing and request the development team to fix this specific issue.

To avoid transferring the whole model (which will disrupt testing), we want to transfer just this fix. In this implementation, each requirement has been placed into distinct projects linked to Technical Design Document (for example, BclTDD013CustomerCreditLimit
