If a user wishes to report a specific performance issue, there are a range of options available to us.
The following traces should be done for a specific time window and coordinated with the user who is reporting a performance problem (for example, searching for a customer and posting an invoice). Collection of the traces will add a load to the system; so, it should be done for a limited time—long enough to capture the data but short enough to limit the potential impact on other users.
To set up this configuration, you will need to launch the AX client as a system administrator.
