Chapter 5: Working with the Ribbon Menu
Introduced in this version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Ribbon menu is a graphical display of functions available to users as they navigate throughout the application.
Although a majority of this chapter is applicable to both Outlook and Internet Explorer, the section “Ribbons in Outlook” looks specifically at the Outlook ribbon menu options.
