Conditional Formatting
Using the Outlook View tab, we can apply conditional formatting to the records as they are shown in Outlook. This feature will work for both native Outlook data (that is, emails) as well as CRM data.
Tip
Conditional formatting is a very powerful feature and allows for calling out underlying data directly in Outlook.
To apply conditional formatting, follow these steps:
1. Select the View tab, and select View Settings (as shown in Figure 5.16).
