Bulk Editing
With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and the addition of the ability to multiselect records in grid view, you can now edit Activities in bulk.
Note
The options for bulk editing are dependent on the types of activities you’ve selected—for example, you cannot Mark Complete activity types that are not the same.
