Task activities (see Figure 7.8) are those that have some kind of action that doesn’t fall within the other categories. The Task activity will be the one most commonly used when the work doesn’t fit neatly within the existing activity types (Appointment, Phone, and so on). As such, the Task activity is considered the catchall activity.
