Mobile Express
CRM 2011 recognizes the need for mobile access across different devices by providing a mobile web client that runs on mobile browsers (as well as regular browsers) that support HTML 4, called Mobile Express for Dynamics CRM. Mobile Express is free and supported by Microsoft.
It is available by accessing your default instance of CRM, with a /m at the end of your URL.
For example, if you are using https://webfortis.crm.dynamics.com, simply enter the same URL, with /m at the end (https://webfortis.crm.dynamics.com/m) and you will see the mobile client, even on a regular web browser (see Figure 15.1). Figure 15.2 shows the same client rendered on an iPhone.
