When working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, one of the most common questions is related to ease of use. This chapter explains the concepts of views and connections, which when properly used deliver an ease of use that can drive productivity.

Views

Views are how we interact with or view the data. When we look at the default configuration for Accounts, for example, we see the My Active Accounts view, as shown in Figure 19.1.
