CRM 2011 introduces a new way to represent data—native charts that can be also integrated into Dashboards, which provides a better representation of the data for some cases.
The first part of this chapter talks specifically about general charts, and then we’ll discuss Dashboards, of which charts comprise a majority of how Dashboards work.
