Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 has changed and enhanced the concept of what used to be called workflows to what are now called processes. CRM 4.0 users will have to spend a little time trying to find the workflows locations the first time they use CRM 2011 because there is not a direct link on the Settings area for this as before. Instead they are now grouped inside the Processes node, which is in the Settings area under the Process Center group as shown in Figure 24.1.
