Dialogs are a good way to have users perform a business process in a way that we want and when a structured question flow is required. They are good for surveys where we want users to ask a customer to complete a customer satisfaction survey where the next question would depend on the current answer.
To create new dialogs, follow these steps:
1. From the main interface, navigate to Settings Processes, and then click on New.
2. Enter a name for the process; on our sample, we will enter Customer Satisfaction Survey. Select the entity—we will select Account—and select the category, which will be Dialog (see Figure 24.2).
