Starting with Dynamics CRM 2013, Microsoft introduced Business Process Flows. They are a feature similar in design to other processes, but provide very different capabilities to the system. Business Process Flows provide users with a visual way to guide a system user through a predefined business process to get work done. The user experience is greatly enhanced and streamlined.
