Microsoft Dynamics Insight is an add-on provided by Microsoft and powered by InsideView. It is included with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with a Professional license, and available as an add-on for Dynamics CRM On-Premise.
Insight is the equivalent of the InsideView for Sales Professionals edition. The functionality is made available in Dynamics CRM through integration with the InsideView platform. This package is available for Dynamics CRM version 4.0 or newer, and is available for both On-Premise and Online.
