Opening and navigating the Report Writer windows

As with SmartList Builder and Excel Reports Builder, the Report Writer application can be accessed from within Dynamics GP. Using the Report Writer application requires switching from the main GP 2010 windows to the Report Writer interface with its own set of buttons and menu layouts.
