Usually EMS performs whatever you ask it to do and doesn’t give any indication of the processing that it performs in the background. You ask for a new mailbox to be created, and it’s either created or some problem occurs that stops the command executing. If the problem is ignorance on the part of the user, such as an error in syntax or attempting to do something that doesn’t make sense like creating a mailbox in a database that doesn’t exist, you can simply fix the problem and try again.
