Exchange boasts other management tools with which administrators will spend a lot of time, so it’s important that we get comfortable with the EMC and ECP as well as the role-based authorization model that now determines the access that administrators have to different areas of the product. The next port of call is therefore EMC and the many options it provides for user management.
